Routine exams for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases are a must, especially if one is at risk. We often forget when stuck in our daily rut that only we can take care of ourselves. Women’s health almost always suffers when one has too much to do and too little time. So when you are out relaxing, try to put down that alcohol and maybe focus instead on that fresh, juicy tomato salad. Women are at high risk from alcohol misuse and obesity.
